On the evening of Mon 25Jul I experienced a foul odor of cigarette smoke coming from the vent in my bathroom. I made a compliant to the front desk that evening.
The next day I called the GM and left a message. To this day I have NEVER recevied a call back or visit to dicuss my inconvenience, nor any compensation/points to make up for it.
The timeliness for reacting to issues, as well as the customer service, at the Marriott Town Place Suites, Albany Medical Center location, is just down right poor. By the way, the pool is usually broken or dirty, and not available as it should be.
